Update an installed team

Replaces an installed team’s manifest (and description / dependencies when sent; omitted ones are kept). Versions only move forward: when both the new and the installed version are set, the new one must be strictly higher (semver).

Unlike teams/install, update does not re-check agent requirements and ignores agent_settings and force even though it accepts them.

From the CLI: cliq team update ./path/to/team.

No credential is needed from this machine. From another host, send Authorization: Bearer with a dispatch token CliqHub signed for this daemon or a cliq_tok_… personal token of a user in the daemon’s realm; this only works once the daemon is connected to CliqHub. See Authentication.
