Namespaces
A scope is a package namespace on CliqHub — for example @acme or @cliq. Teams publish and install under a scope: @acme/my-team.
When running locally with cliqd --no-login, teams installed from directories use the @local scope.
Managing scopes
Scopes are managed through the CliqHub web UI or the Hub API. Each organization gets a default scope matching its slug.
Scope membership controls who can publish teams under that namespace. Installing a published team does not require scope membership.
